Disneyland Days

Haunted Mansion decorated for Nightmare Before Christmas.

On the Haunted Mansion Ride.

California Adventure
Lucas was tall enough to ride Screamin'. He loved it. He must have grown a couple of inches since March. He couldn't ride it last time and he was about and 1 1/2" above the line this time.

This was a map of when Disneyland first opened. It was cool to see the rides they had back then. I liked how advanced they seemed even for that era.

The gallery is finally open. We were lucky it opened up while we were there.

I love going to Disneyland and seeing or finding something new.

Isn't he cute?

Mickey's Toontown.

The Halloween Show was one of the best I have seen. We had great seats in front of the castle.

Mickey has his Birthday Hat on. Kerry's Birthday was Monday and Jes' Birthday was Friday. Naturally we went Monday through Friday.
Who doesn't love Minnie and all dressed up for Fall.
A picture out of the sickening Ferris Wheel.
All of them laughing at me, because I hate this Mickey Sun Wheel Ride.
Sorry Mickey!!

Pirate Island formerly known as Tom Sawyer Island.

Gotta love Splash Mountain. So true!!
Petting Zoo was open. The kids love it.
Everything is decorated in Fall colors with beautiful flower arrangements, pumpkins and fun Halloween items. Disneyland is so much fun at Halloween.

What happens in Vegas

We stopped off at Las Vegas Motorspeedway for a little action. We did the Petty ride-along. What a blast. We had so much fun. My driver was a woman. I told Jessica, see you could be a race car driver if you want to. I would be too scared if she was. We tease her because when we drive the Autopia Cars at Disneyland, she is horrible. Lucas loves it because he is better than her. Oh well practice makes perfect.

Jessee is 9

Jessica turned nine in Disneyland. Before we left we let her have Abby over to decorate cakes and celebrate her birthday. All of their cakes turned out very beautiful. They were all very creative.

Kerry turns 33

Kerry's Jack Skellington Cake.

Kerry loves hunting. He wishes he could do more.

Nobody can hold Zane. Kerry was able to.

Kerry is the best husband in the world. He is very easy to get along with. He is handsome, smart and a lot of fun. I always miss him when I am not with him.

Jessica had a fieldtrip and Kerry came and had lunch with us. Kerry is a very involved dad.
We had some friends over for Kerry's Birthday, but like an idiot I forgot to take pictures. It was fun though. I need to have people over more often.

Remember when we thought 35 was old

I don't feel old. I had a fun Birthday. My sister Lisa watched the kids for us. Kerry took me to see All About Steve and to dinner and ice cream. My mom and sister took me to a good italian restaurant for lunch. On Wednesday my friends took me out (all orchestrated by Amber, Thanks Amber). We went to Wingers for lunch. Sam, Krista, Michelle, Kirsten and Amber came. We had a good time. I am thankful for all of the gifts and the kindness that my friends continually show me. I am very lucky to have the friends and family that I have.

Lake Powell

We all had a ride behind the boat. It was way fun. I was surprised my kids were that brave. I felt a little anxious myself getting started.

A fish, does this need explaining?

I love Jessica's laugh. I need to record it sometime.

Anasazi Ruins
This was a really fun hike. It is so amazing to me that people lived in this area and made it work. Shows how lazy society has gotten. This reminds me how great I have it, but I wouldn't have minded some of the simplicity in other ways.

Swimming with Grandpa. My parents where so good to the kids. They really made this trip fun for all of us. We can't wait to go back.
