6th Grade Graduation

Lance and our next door neighbor Derrick with their Diplomas.

The kids all went to a Graduation Party for their whole school. It was at the pool with Fire Dancers, swimming, a DJ, treats, sodas and raffle prizes.

Student Body Officers are only 6th Graders. They were elected by their peers. Pretty Cool!! ! He was in charge of a lot of fun projects this year. This was his last assignment.

The Graduation was cool they showed a video with the kids baby pics then their real pics. Principal Young gave a great speech. She is a fabulous Principal. This was a great year for all of the kids.

2nd and 3rd Grade Awards for Lucas and Jes

So proud of this girl. They were signing autograph books at the end of the year. She saw that a classmate wrote YOU SUCK in another kids book. She erased it and wrote YOU'RE AWESOME, before the kid could see it. She told me she didn't want this other kid to have a bad ending to school and start summer vacation like that. Then in her class they all said one thing they learned this year. Her teacher said one thing she learned is that Jessica cares about everyone.

Jessica received the Superintendants Award: She had a 3.75 or higher all of the terms.

They can receive this award when they are 3rd grade and above.

Lucas' grade receives more detailed awards. He received all of the awards possible: Spelling, Math and an award for all around performance with reading, behavior etc.
